Beilngries/München, 03.04.2020. Für den insolventen Automobilzulieferer WK Plastics aus Beilngries bei Ingolstadt gibt es mehrere ernsthafte Kaufinteressenten. Der Sanierungsexperte Dr. Matthias Hofmann von der Kanzlei Pohlmann Hofmann und Insolvenzverwalter des Unternehmens rechnet mit einem Verkauf voraussichtlich im Juni 2020. Das Amtsgericht Ingolstadt hat inzwischen am 01.04.2020 das Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der Wellhäuser Kunststofftechnik Köppl GmbH & Co.KG (WK Plastics) eröffnet.

Das Unternehmen WK Plastics produziert Kunststoffteile im Spritzgusstechnik-Verfahren für Automobilhersteller und namhafte Automobilzulieferer. Wesentlicher Kunde ist der Volkswagen-Konzern und hier vor allem die AUDI AG, aber auch weitere Konzernmarken wie Volkswagen, Porsche, Lamborghini, Seat oder Skoda. Aktuell hat WK Plastics knapp 120 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, der Jahresumsatz lag zuletzt bei rund EUR 20 Mio.
