Auf der Weltleitmesse rund um Machine Vision werden auch die aktuellen Entwicklungen von „Kithara RealTime Vision“ vorgestellt, welches eine Softwarelösung für das Erfassen und Verarbeiten von Bilddaten in Echtzeit darstellt. Dies beinhaltet unter anderem die Erfassung mit GigE-Vision- und USB3-Vision-Kameras, Verarbeitung mit Halcon und OpenCV sowie Echtzeit-Bilddatenspeicherung über NVMe-SSDs. Demonstriert wird darüber hinaus die Weiterverarbeitung ausgewerteter Bilddaten innerhalb von übergeordneten EtherCAT-basierten Automatisierungsanwendungen. Zum ersten Mal mit dabei ist die Integration spezieller Datenformate für effizientere Erfassung und Speicherung.
