Die Akademie bietet ein Trainings- und Qualifizierungsprogramm im Gastgewerbe an, das speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Flucht- oder Migrationshintergrund konzipiert ist.

25.000 Euro gehen an das Projekt „Olytopia“ von „rehab republic e.V.“, das gemeinsam mit interessierten Bewohnern des Olympiadorfes an einer ökologischen und sozialen Nachhaltigkeit arbeitet. Bei Stammtischen und Arbeitsgruppen sind u.a. die Planungen von CleanUps, Koch- und Pflanzaktionen oder Filmvorführungen geplant.
