Bewerbungspflicht in den medizinischen Studiengängen aufgrund der Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts für das SS 2018?

Nein, eine Bewerbungspflicht für den Studiengang Humanmedizin oder Zahnmedizin hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht (BVerfG) nicht unmittelbar vorgeschrieben. Aber mittelbar sehen wir eine persönliche Pflicht jedenfalls dann, wenn Sie aufgrund Ihrer Note eine Zulassung über die Wartezeit anstreben.

Wir sind nach wie vor dabei, die Entscheidung des BVerfG zu analysieren, da wir ja auch den Auftrag haben, die Entscheidung und ihre Auswirkungen für die "Neue Zeitschrift für Verwaltungsrecht" zu besprechen.

Heute Nachmittag hat das Landgericht Berlin der Beschwerde des Fluggastportals FairPlane stattgegeben und seine Zuständigkeit für das Hauptverfahren der Insolvenz von NIKI abgelehnt. Damit ist nun das Landesgericht Korneuburg am Zug. Hier hatte FairPlane die Eröffnung der NIKI-Insolvenz beantragt. Bereits heute hat dazu eine Verhandlung stattgefunden. FairPlane erwartet zeitnah eine Entscheidung des Gerichts und die Einsetzung eines Masseverwalters.

"Wir begrüßen diese Entscheidung, denn getrennte Verfahren von Air Berlin in Deutschland und NIKI in Österreich verhindern einen Interessenskonflikt des Masseverwalters und eine mögliche Verkleinerung der Masse von NIKI - denn einer der größten Schuldner von NIKI ist Air Berlin", so FairPlane-Geschäftsführer Andreas Sernetz.

MS Conti Tansanit - AG Lüneburg eröffnet Insolvenzverfahren

Schon im Sommer 2016 meldete die Conti 178. Schifffahrts-GmbH & Co. Bulker KG MS "Conti Tansanit" Insolvenz an. Ende 2017 hat das Amtsgericht Lüneburg das Insolvenzverfahren nun regulär eröffnet.

Die Geschichte des Schiffsfonds MS Conti Tansanit ist kurz und für die Anleger verlustreich. Conti legte den Fonds im Jahr 2011 auf und schon fünf Jahre später wurden die wirtschaftlichen Schwierigkeiten so groß, dass schließlich im August 2016 Insolvenzantrag für die Fondsgesellschaft gestellt werden musste. Am 14. Dezember 2017 hat das Amtsgericht Lüneburg nun das reguläre Insolvenzverfahren über die Fondsgesellschaft eröffnet (Az.: 47 IN 66/16). Für die Anleger, die sich mit einer Mindestsumme von 25.000 Euro an dem Fonds beteiligen konnten, drohen nun hohe finanzielle Verluste bis hin zum Totalverlust. Sollten sie Ausschüttungen erhalten haben, können diese ggf. vom Insolvenzverwalter zurückgefordert werden.

Am 12. Januar 2018 lädt Geoline Berlin zur Eröffnung der neuen Kunst- und Weinhandlung "GeoArt Galerie" in Berlin-Schöneberg ein. Die Galerie setzt den Schwerpunkt auf Beratung und Verkauf von ausgewählten Gemälden georgischer Künstler sowie von Spitzenweinen aus Georgien.

Die Ausstellung "Women in Art" eröffnet die Galerie, indem zwei junge georgische Künstlerinnen Frau Nino Lomsadze und Mariam Chikava zeitgenössische Kunst und traditionell handgefertigten Schmuck präsentieren. Der Abend wird kulinarisch durch leckere georgische Snacks und Weine ergänzt und von Interpretationen am Klavier musikalisch begleitet.

Die Räumlichkeiten der GeoArt Galerie befinden sich in Nollendorfstr. 16, 10777 Berlin.
