Strafbefreiende Selbstanzeige wegen Steuerhinterziehung auch 2019 noch möglich

Steuerhinterziehung ist eine Straftat. Durch eine Selbstanzeige kann der Steuersünder dennoch straffrei bleiben, wenn sie die hohen Anforderungen des Gesetzgebers erfüllt.

Steuerhinterziehung gilt schon lange nicht mehr als Kavaliersdelikt. Ganz im Gegenteil: Steuerhinterziehung ist eine Straftat, die entsprechend sanktioniert wird. Je nach der Höhe der hinterzogenen Steuern drohen dem Steuersünder Geldstrafen oder auch Freiheitsstrafen. Dabei können die Haftstrafen in der Regel ab einer Hinterziehungssumme in Höhe von einer Million Euro nicht mehr zur Bewährung ausgesetzt werden. Dennoch können Steuerhinterzieher mit einer strafbefreienden Selbstanzeige in die Legalität zurückkehren. Diesen Weg hat der Gesetzgeber bewusst offengehalten und die Selbstanzeige ist auch 2019 noch möglich, erklärt die Wirtschaftskanzlei GRP Rainer Rechtsanwälte.

Thrombectomy is a surgical procedure to remove the blood clots formed in the blood vessel. Cerebral infraction is an ischemic stroke that results in lack of blood supply to the brain.
