Hansgarten24 hat 16 neue Garagen-Modelle für den deutschen, österreichischen und schweizerischen Markt eingeführt. Alle neuen Holzgaragen-Modelle wurden im Vergleich zu den alten umfassend verbessert. Anstatt 40 mm dicker Wände verfügen sie nun über 44 mm starke Wände, die Fenster sind nun doppelt verglast und alle 16 Modelle haben das brandneue "Hansa"-Design. Alle neuen Garagenmodelle haben als zusätzliche Verstärkung 4 Metallstäbe, die in den vier Ecken im Verlauf der gesamten Wand eingesetzt sind.

Die neue "Hansa"-Reihe umfasst Holzgaragen in Standardgröße, extrabreite Garagen, Doppelgaragen sowie Kombi-Modelle aus Garage und Carport. Alle Modelle gibt es mit Spitz- und mit Flachdach.

KTG Energie: Insolvenzverfahren in Eigenverwaltung eröffnet

Das Amtsgericht Neuruppin hat am 1. Dezember 2016 das Insolvenzverfahren über die KTG Energie AG eröffnet und Eigenverwaltung angeordnet (Az.: 15 IN 260/16).

GRP Rainer Rechtsanwälte, Köln, Berlin, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, München und Stuttgart führen aus: Ende September hatte die KTG Energie AG Insolvenzantrag gestellt. Das Insolvenzverfahren in Eigenverwaltung wurde nun durch das AG Neuruppin eröffnet. Gläubiger können ihre Forderungen schriftlich bis zum 24. Januar 2017 beim Sachwalter anmelden. Die Gläubigerversammlung ist auf den 3. Februar 2017 terminiert.

Wie die KTG Energie AG mitteilt, soll im Insolvenzverfahren in Eigenverwaltung der eingeschlagene Sanierungskurs fortgesetzt werden. Die KTG Energie AG hatte im September 2012 eine Anleihe mit einer fünfjährigen Laufzeit und einem Volumen von 50 Millionen Euro begeben (ISIN: DE000A1ML257 / WKN A1ML25). Die Inhaber-Teilschuldverschreibung ist jährlich mit 7,25 Prozent verzinst. Im September 2018 steht sie zur Rückzahlung an.
