Die DevOpsDays kommen wieder nach Berlin! Der Call for Papers ist offen. Gesucht sind Vorträge rund um die DevOps Organisationskultur. Vorträge können bis 15. Juli 2019 eingereicht werden.

Während der DevOpsDays Berlin, vom 27. - 28. November 2019, dreht sich in der Kalkscheune Berlin wieder alles um Softwareentwicklung, Systemadministration, IT-Infrastrukturen und die Zusammenarbeit an den Schnittstellen. Die Organisatoren sind derzeit auf der Suche nach Referenten. Der Call for Papers läuft noch zum bis 15. Juli 2019. Beiträge können über www.papercall.io/2019-berlin eingereicht werden.

Wie die meisten DevOpsDays bietet Berlin eine Kombination aus kuratierten, 30-minütigen Vorträgen, Ignites und selbstorganisierten Open Space Inhalten.

Themen stammen oft aus den Bereichen Automation, Testing, Sicherheit und Organisationskultur. Die Veranstalter favorisieren vor allem Vorträge zur DevOps-Kultur. Auch einige "Hands-On"-Workshops wird es geben. Hier wiederum eignen sich technische Themen, die ebenfalls im Rahmen des CFP gesucht sind.

Die Konferenzsprache ist Englisch. Veranstaltungsort ist die Kalkscheune, Johannisstr. 2, 10117 Berlin, am Mittwoch, 27. November 2019 und Donnerstag, 28. November 2019.

Dabei stehen alle Versorger - regionale Unternehmen wie bundesweite Anbieter - auf dem Prüfstand. Im "Energie-Atlas Deutschland" veröffentlicht Focus-Money die besten fünf der jeweiligen Stadt oder Region. eprimo konnte sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr noch einmal deutlich verbessern. Das Unternehmen gehört jetzt 109-mal zu den Top 5 (2018: 63-mal) und erreicht damit deutschlandweit die zweitbeste Platzierung.

Focus-Money erstellte den Energie-Atlas gemeinsam mit dem Hamburger Marktforschungsinstitut Statista Research & Analysis. Die Marktforscher hatten 11.179 Verbraucher ausführlich zu ihrem eigenen Versorger und ihnen bekannten Stromanbietern befragt.

Vortrag mit N. Fritze: So gelingt der Wandel

Vor kurzem habe ich am Rande meines Vortrags mit jemandem gesprochen, dessen Unternehmen gerade den Rückwärtsgang einlegt. Dort wurde jahrelang mit flexibler Arbeitszeit und höherer Eigenverantwortung experimentiert. Das Ergebnis diese neuen Führungskultur: niemand wusste, wann die Kolleginnen im Büro sein würden, die man gerade brauchte. Abstimmungschaos zwischen den Teams. Themen, die irgendwo stecken bleiben und "versanden". Als Reaktion darauf hat das Unternehmen jetzt wieder striktere Regeln für Arbeitszeit und eine Führungshierarchie mehr auf Teamebene eingezogen. Linienkommunikation statt Selbstorganisation.
Als ich meinen Gesprächspartner fragte, warum die Dinge so gelaufen sind, sagte er: "Wir haben Agilität mit Regellosigkeit verwechselt. Uns ist um die Ohren geflogen, dass wir die Zügel einfach fallengelassen haben, anstatt behutsam ein neues Schrittempo zu erlernen."

Düsseldorf, 15.02.2019. Für den Onlinehandel gelten besondere rechtliche Bedingungen. Das betrifft auch den Bestell-Button, also die Schaltfläche, mit der etwa ein Kauf rechtsverbindlich ausgelöst werden soll. Die Mutschke Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH weiß, was Shopbetreiber beachten müssen.

Die sogenannte Button-Lösung für kostenpflichtige Verbraucherverträge im elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr soll Kunden vor Kostenfallen im Internet schützen. Sie wird durch das Bürgerliche Gesetzbuch (BGB) geregelt. Darin steht, dass der Unternehmer die Bestellsituation so zu gestalten habe, dass der Verbraucher mit seiner Bestellung ausdrücklich bestätige, dass er sich zu einer Zahlung verpflichtet. Erfolgt die Bestellung über eine Schaltfläche - also über einen Bestell-Button -, muss diese "gut lesbar mit nichts anderem als den Wörtern ,zahlungspflichtig bestellen" oder mit einer entsprechenden eindeutigen Formulierung" beschriftet sein.
