Die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften - kurz UVV - sind bekannt. Wer Fahrzeuge betrieblich nutzt, muss - gemäß der dort vorgeschriebenen Pflichten - vier Elemente beachten. Das sind die Gefährdungsbeurteilung, die Einweisung, die Unterweisung und die Fahrzeugprüfung durch Sachkundige. "Die Verantwortung gegenüber den Nutzern lässt keine zwei Meinungen zu, auch wenn die Pflichten manchmal lästig sein mögen: Die Beachtung und Umsetzung ist wichtig, denn Sicherheit geht vor", sagt Axel Schäfer, Geschäftsführer des Bundesverbandes Fuhrparkmanagements (BVF). Da es im Bereich angemieteter Fahrzeuge für Unternehmen praktische Umsetzungsprobleme und Unklarheiten gibt, brauchen Arbeitgeber zur Frage der Handhabung der UVV bei Mietfahrzeugen eine bundeseinheitliche Antwort. Der BVF hat bei der Deutschen gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung DGUV und die Berufsgenossenschaft BG Verkehr nachgefragt.

Dass die Türkei zu den beliebtesten Reisezielen der deutschen Urlauber zählt, hat uns stets gefreut.
