Software-Roboter erledigen die aufwendige Bearbeitung von Buchungssätzen in 15 Min. anstatt in 2 Std.

Durch den Einsatz einer Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-Lösung der Weissenberg Group konnten die Mitarbeiter deutlich entlastet und der gesamte Prozess gestrafft werden.

Im Zuge der Prozessevaluierung durch die Projektberater der Weissenberg Group ergab der Einsatz eines Process Recorders, dass die Bearbeitung von 200 Buchungssätzen täglich rund zwei Stunden in Anspruch nahm. Zusätzlich musste halbjährlich ein Abrechnungsbeleg mit 8.000 Datensätzen geprüft werden. Das nahm 10 Arbeitstage in Anspruch. Aufgrund des hohen Buchungsvolumens geriet der zuständige Mitarbeiter regelmäßig in Zeitverzug und musste andere Aufgaben verschieben.
