Lombard Classic 3: Vorläufiges Insolvenzverfahren eröffnet

Wie schon die Erste Oderfelder Beteiligungsgesellschaft ist auch die Lombard Classic 3 GmbH & Co. KG insolvent. Anlegern drohen bei beiden Gesellschaften hohe finanzielle Verluste.

Der Anlage-Skandal rund um die Lombardium Hamburg ist um ein Kapitel reicher. Nachdem Anfang des Jahres bereits das reguläre Insolvenzverfahren über die Erste Oderfelder Beteiligungsgesellschaft eröffnet wurde, ist nun auch die Lombard Classic 3 GmbH & Co. KG (LC3) insolvent. Das Amtsgericht Chemnitz hat das vorläufige Insolvenzverfahren am 4. Mai 2017 eröffnet (Az.: 13 IN 379/17). Für die Anleger bedeutet dies, dass sie hohe finanzielle Verluste bis hin zum Totalverlust ihres investierten Geldes befürchten müssen.

Sollte das reguläre Insolvenzverfahren eröffnet werden, können die Anleger ihre Forderungen beim Insolvenzverwalter anmelden. Ähnlich wie im Fall der Erste Oderfelder Beteiligungsgesellschaft kann aber auch hier voraussichtlich nicht mit einer Insolvenzquote gerechnet werden, die die Forderungen der Anleger auch nur halbwegs annähernd befriedigen kann.

Interviewer: Herr Rene Stareczek, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unser Interview heute Zeit genommen haben. Können Sie uns bitte als Effizienztrainer und Autor des Buches "Vom Gelde", das in Ihrem eignen Basis Verlag erschienen ist, etwas darüber erzählen, was das größte Problem bei der Firmenführung ist?

Rene Stareczek: Gerne. Während meiner jahrelangen Arbeit mit sehr vielen Führungskräften von Unternehmen verschiedener Größenordnung hat sich ein bestimmtes Hauptproblem herauskristallisiert. Diese Schwierigkeit haben tatsächlich alle Unternehmer gemeinsam.

Interviewer: Können Sie uns verraten, was dieses Hauptproblem ist?

Rene Stareczek: Sehr gerne. Es ist schlicht "Unordnung" beziehungsweise "Unorganisiertheit". Damit meine ich die Unordnung, auf dem Schreibtisch und im Büro. Diese führt zu allen Folge-Problemen, an denen ein Unternehmen "kränkelt": Mangel an Effizienz, an Motivation, an Zeit für Planung und unternehmerische Strategien, sowie an besseren Umsätzen.
