Zwölf angehend Maschinenbautechniker haben den ersten Teil der Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert

Kassel 18.10.2019. Zwölf angehende Maschinenbautechniker der Max-Eyth-Schule Kassel absolvierten jetzt erfolgreich den ersten Teil der REFA-Grundausbildung 4.0. Es war somit die zweite REFA-Grundausbildung 4.0, die in Hessen gestartet ist. Mit der Umstellung auf 4.0, die Mitte September 2019 vollzogen wurde, hat REFA Hessen neue Themen wie REFA-Methoden in der digitalen Arbeitswelt und Erweiterungen zu Lean Production integriert.

Eine erfolgreiche Kooperation seit 8 Jahren

Die erfolgreiche Kooperation zwischen REFA Hessen e.V. und der Max-Eyth-Schule Kassel geht damit in das achte Jahr. Je Jahr wurde mindestens eine REFA-Grundausbildung mit Teilnehmern der Max-Eyth-Schule erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Der Unterricht seitens REFA ist dabei auf den Unterricht der Technikerschule abgestimmt, sodass die Teilnehmer nur die nicht-schulischen Inhalte absolvieren müssen. Somit sparen die Teilnehmer Zeit und Geld und erlangen parallel zum Abschluss des Maschinenbautechnikers den REFA-Grundschein Arbeitsorganisation.
