Hierbei sind im Rahmen der gebotenen Gesamtwürdigung insbesondere die Bedeutung und Tragweite des Eingriffs, ferner der Anlass und die Beweggründe des Handelnden sowie der Grad des Verschuldens zu berücksichtigen (wie BAG 19. Als größte bzw. dringlichste Baustelle in ihrer Organisation im Prozess der Digitalen Transformation erachten die Führungskräfte in den Unternehmen aktuell deren Kultur. Diese und den Mindset der Mitarbeiter möchten die Unternehmen 2020 denn auch vorrangig verändern bzw. weiterentwickeln. Zu diesem Ergebnis kommt eine Leadership-Trendbarometer genannte Online-Befragung von Führungskräften, die das Institut für Führungskultur im digitalen Zeitalter (IFIDZ), Frankfurt, zwei Mal jährlich durchführt.

Beim jüngsten Leadership-Trendbarometer lautete die Frage: "Welche der folgenden Aufgaben und Herausforderungen werden Sie in Ihrer Organisation im Jahr 2020 im Kontext der digitalen Transformation prioritär angehen?"
