Landrat Petrauschke erhält als Ehrengast von Abdulrazak Kattan, Inhaber Baladna, eine Gedenktafel

Schon kurz nach seiner Wiederwahl zum Landrat besucht Hans-Jürgen Petrauschke, CDU, das Unternehmen Baladna DE GmbH, ein in Grevenbroich ansässiger Hersteller von orientalischen Premium-Lebensmitteln.

Mit einer feierlichen Zeremonie unter der Teilnahme von Ehrengästen aus Politik, dem Bankwesen, der Verwaltung und von Logistikpartnern, wurde der eigene Web-Shop mit eigener Firmen-App online geschaltet. Neben der Europa-Zentrale von Baladna befindet sich in einem zweiten Gebäudekomplex das Fulfillment Center, wo die Produkte des Online-Shops kommissioniert werden.

Die Heinrich Georg Maschinenfabrik hat kürzlich bei AMAG in Ranshofen/Österreich die erste Walzenschleifmaschine mit dem neuem GEORG ultrablock-Maschinenbettdesign in Betrieb genommen. Es verkürzt die Dauer der Montage beim Kunden deutlich. Gleichzeitig erzielt die Anlage eine so hohe Präzision beim Schleifen, dass die hohen Anforderungen der AMAG an die Oberflächenqualität der Bänder erfüllt werden.

Da die Ansprüche an die Oberflächenqualität der Coils beständig steigen, plante AMAG die Investition in eine neue Walzenschleifmaschine. Beim Schleifen der Arbeitswalzen für das Kaltwalzen muss deren Oberfläche extrem gleichmäßig sein: Das Schleifbild darf keinerlei Schattierungen, Spiralen, Rattermarken oder sonstige Spuren des Schleifprozesses aufweisen. Ebenso muss die Genauigkeit der Geometrie im Hinblick auf Profiltreue und Rundheit höchsten Ansprüchen genügen.
