Fulda / Lörrach Dezember 2018 - Im Kampf gegen den Fachkräftemangel in der Logistik geht VTL neue Wege. Um ihr praktisches Ausbildungskonzept für künftige Führungskräfte weiter auszubauen, kooperiert die Stückgutkooperation nun auch mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW).

"Gemeinsam mit der Hochschule Fulda haben wir bereits seit mehreren Jahren logistische Fach- und Führungskräfte ausgebildet", erzählt VTL-Geschäftsführer Andreas Jäschke. Seit Oktober bietet VTL nun auch Studierenden der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Lörrach die Möglichkeit, den Praxisalltag der Stückgutkooperation kennenzulernen. Die erste DHBW-Studentin wagt seit Oktober den Blick hinter die Kulissen von VTL. "Einige davon kenne ich ja schon recht gut", schmunzelt Fabienne Gaschler. Denn bevor die 23-jährige ihr Duales Studium an der DHBW aufnahm, hatte sie bei der Stückgutkooperation ihre Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung absolviert.
