Eines der schlimmsten Grippe-Jahre

Die Monate Januar und Februar sind ganz besonders schlimm, so die langjährigen Erhebungen des Robert Koch-Institut. Nach dessen letzten Saisonbericht war die Grippe-Welle im vergangenen Winter 2017/18 außergewöhnlich schwer. Auf rund neun Millionen Arztbesuche, die durch Grippe veranlasst waren, gehen die Schätzungen des Instituts, zwei Millionen mehr als in den schon starken Vorjahren. Vorsorge dringend empfohlen

Angehörige von Menschen mit chronisch, psychischen Erkrankungen können sich Unterstützung unabhängig von ihrem Aufenthaltsort holen.

Janine Berg-Peer moderiert die Gruppe

Am Dienstag den 5. Februar 2019 startet um 18:00 Uhr im Rahmen der Angehörigen Akademie in Berlin die erste ONLINE Selbsthilfegruppe für Angehörige von Menschen mit chronisch, psychischen Erkrankungen. Die Leitung der Gruppe hat Janine Berg-Peer.

Mit der ersten ONLINE Gesprächsgruppe wollen wir Angehörigen von psychisch erkrankten Menschen einen gegenseitigen Erfahrungsaustausch unabhängig von ihrem Aufenthaltsort ermöglichen. "Die Idee, online workshops und Vorträge anzubieten, existiert schon seit mehr als 2 Jahren. In Gesprächen mit Janine Berg-Peer kamen wir dann auf die Idee, das Online Angebot um eine Gesprächsgruppe zu erweitern," erzählt Andreas Wolff, Koordinator der Angehörigen Akademie.

Mit Janine Berg-Peer begleitet und moderiert eine sehr erfahrene Moderatorin die Gruppe. Sie geht konkret auf die vielen Herausforderungen ein, mit denen Angehörige konfrontiert sind.

Am 31.12. (17:00 MEWZ) begrüßt Asiens Megametropole wieder mit einem spektakulären "Pyro-Musical" über dem Victoria Harbour das neue Jahr. Das zehnminütige Feuerwerks- und Soundspektakel findet vor der markanten Skyline Hongkongs statt. Auf dem Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre werden die Zahlen 2019 sowie Neujahrsgrüße in vielen Sprachen, darunter auch deutsch, erscheinen. Der Victoria Harbour erstrahlt dabei in allen Regenbogenfarben. Allein im großen Finale werden 45 verschiedene Bilder durch aufwendige Pyrotechnik und Feuerwerkskörper an den Himmel gezeichnet. Bereits ab 23.00 Uhr Ortszeit werden viertelstündlich farbige Sternschnuppen gezündet, so dass sich Besucher und Bewohner Hongkongs etwas zum neuen Jahr wünschen können.
