Andrea Brock wird neuer General Manager

Bund Basilikum
30 g Ingwer
2 EL brauner Rohrzucker
500 ml Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure

Zubereitung:
Basilikum waschen und trocknen. 2 Zweige für die Dekoration beiseite legen, von den restlichen Zweigen die Blätter abzupfen. Ingwer waschen, 2 dünne Scheiben zur Dekoration abschneiden. Restlichen Ingwer schälen und grob hacken. Basilikum, Ingwer, Rohrzucker und des Mineralwassers in ein hohes Gefäß geben und alles fein pürieren. 2 Gläser mit Eiswürfeln befüllen, Limonadenansatz durch ein Sieb in die Gläser geben und mit restlichem Mineralwasser aufgießen.
